1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon arrival.

  • The product delivered is incorrect or not as described.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for products opened, used, or purchased during clearance/sale unless defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@beautyhills.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Mention your order number, issue details, and attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup through our courier partners.

  • In case pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product. We will reimburse shipping charges upon submission of a valid receipt.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be processed and credited within  7 days to your bank or upi

We do not offer refunds for delays in delivery caused by courier partners or natural circumstances.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To cancel, email us at info@beautyhills.in as soon as possible.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Soaps that are opened or used

  • Products purchased under offers or clearance sales
